The Nova MX12 three-pack is an AX3000 dual-band whole-home Wi-Fi 6 mesh system rated by Tenda for around 7,000 square feet. That rated figure is a manufacturer's open-space number - treat it as a comparison between models rather than a promise about a building with concrete walls - but it does place this as the largest-coverage Nova pack in the range.

This is the Wi-Fi 6 mesh to quote for a big property: a large duplex, a house with an outbuilding, a guest house, or a floor of offices where you want one simple system rather than a switch-and-access-point build. AX3000 gives it a stronger radio than the EX3 and MW6 packs, which matters when the household has a lot of modern devices on at once.

For a two-zone flat it is too much system - the Nova EX12 two-pack or a single unit covers it for less. If the budget is the binding constraint and the devices are older, the Nova MW6 three-pack gives whole-home AC1200 coverage for considerably less money and the customer will not feel the difference. And if the brief involves guest networks, per-user control or more than three zones, cable the building and hang i27 ceiling access points on a PoE switch instead; mesh stops being the cheaper answer at that size.
