NOK Connect · Lagos

Start with your address. Everything else follows from it.

Fibre to the shop and to the home, point-to-point links where no cable will reach, and managed hotspots. We survey the building before we quote, so the price you are given is the price you pay.

Type it and we answer straight away, or drop a pin on the map below.

Outside the map? We still get you connected.

Our own network has an edge and we will not pretend otherwise. Beyond it we work as an appointed partner, and we tell you whose service you are buying before you pay:

  • Airtel Fixed Solutions — we are an appointed Airtel Fixed Solution partner, so we can arrange dedicated internet, leased lines and fibre to the building anywhere Airtel reaches. The service and the billing are Airtel’s; we handle the survey, the paperwork and the installation.
  • Konnect — satellite broadband nationwide, including sites no cable will ever reach.
  • Starlink — worldwide. We are a reseller, so we will supply and install it rather than argue you out of it.

A partner-delivered line is a different product on different terms from the NOK plans above. We quote it separately, in writing, once we know the address.

How it goes

Three steps, and you can stop at any of them without paying anything.

You give us the address

Street address, not just the area. We check it against what our network and our partners can actually reach.

We survey the site

Free, and we tell you honestly whether fibre, a point-to-point link or nothing at all is the right answer for that building.

You get it in writing

A proforma invoice with the connection, the hardware and the monthly figure on it. Nothing is installed before you have agreed to that.

Compared with satellite

Most people asking us about business internet in Lagos are already on Starlink, or were refused it. This is the honest comparison, with their figures as they publish them.

Starlink figures are Starlink’s own published Nigerian prices as reported in February 2026, and may have changed since. Check them yourself before deciding: source. Our own figures are confirmed in writing on a proforma after a survey of your address — we do not publish a monthly price for a line we have not yet seen the site for.

Common questions

Can I get this at my address?

That depends on the address, which is why we ask for it first. Put the street address into the box at the top of this page and we will confirm what we can actually deliver there, by phone, rather than sell you something that does not reach you.

Why do you not publish a monthly price for every plan?

Because the honest price depends on what reaches your building. A shop in a market we already pass is not the same job as an office that needs a new fibre run or a point-to-point link. We quote on a proforma invoice after a survey, in writing, and that price is what you pay.

I am on Starlink Business. Why would I move?

Three reasons people give us: the monthly cost, the deprioritisation once you pass your priority data, and having nobody local to call when it stops. If none of those bother you, Starlink is a good service and you should keep it.

Does it stop working when NEPA takes light?

Not if it is powered properly. We fit solar and inverter backup alongside the line, so the router and the termination stay up. This is quoted with the connection rather than sold to you later.

Does it stop working when it rains?

Fibre does not care about rain at all. A point-to-point radio link can be affected in very heavy rain, which is one of the reasons we survey before quoting one, and why we will tell you if fibre is the better answer for your site.

Do you install it yourselves?

Yes. Our own engineers do the survey, the installation and the faults. We are at FL 527, Top Floor, Alaba International Market, Ojo, Lagos, and you can walk in.

What we will not do

We will not quote a monthly price for a building we have not surveyed, and we will not take payment for a connection we have not confirmed we can deliver.

If a satellite service is genuinely the better answer for your site, we will say so — we sell those too, in the equipment catalogue.
